Go Time Golf Review: Antigua Golf Apparel

Overview: Antigua’s
2015 Fashion has arrived! Their new lines are extremely fashionable and offer
exciting styles and colors. We received and tested a great variety of shirts
and outerwear (both men’s and women’s), many of which were custom stitched with
our Go Time Golf logo.
Pros: The Antigua Women’s Half-Zip Long Sleeve (BOLT) we tested proved
to be both stylish and functional. With a 95% polyester/5% spandex jersey
face & fleece back, the pullover was comfortable throughout the entire day
on the course as temps varied from a slight chill to pleasant and sunny. The
colorblock details give it a modern look (and are available in 7 different
combinations!). The Go Time Golf logo was “expertly” embroidered; Antigua
matched the color of the stitching beautifully to the shirt and there was no
“bunching” of the fabric whatsoever.
Cons: Hard to find any cons with the product itself. We have already
worn and washed this half-zip and it looks brand new. If there is anything we would suggest it
might only be to better identify the color options on-line. With “cool” names like “Calypso” and
“Electric”, we were sometimes uncertain as to which color matched the photos.
However Antigua was very helpful in quickly resolving any questions we had.
Performance/Playability: The BOLT Half-Zip was comfortable and non-restricting. It is
the perfect piece for those slightly cool days between “short sleeves” and
“outerwear”!
Women’s tops appear to hold pretty
true to size (as compared to other brands we have tested). If you tend to fall
between sizes, air on the side of the “smaller” size (e.g. if you are often
between a Small & Medium, we would order a Small from Antigua).
Innovation: We are VERY excited with all of the new options that Antigua’s
2015 apparel line has to offer. They have grown both the men’s and women’s
lines tremendously vs. 2014, making
them “fresh” and extremely competitive with other leading golf apparel brands.
They have added a great deal of style to their collection while maintaining the
value (great price points!) AND performance.
Technology: Love the feel,
performance and durability of the fabrics. They provide just the right amount
of “breathability” and comfort.
Looks & Feel: A+! Antigua
has brought exciting new colors and styles to their 2015 line that make it feel
modern and fun! This Half-Zip can easily be worn off the course as well with
jeans or leggings.
Go Time Golf Factor: If you have not tried Antigua’s Womens Golf Apparel, now is the
time. We look forward to wearing (or should we say “showing off”!) many pieces
of the 2015 collection.
